Caroline is a really exceptionel coach and trainer. I have had 2 periods with some great training plans one for Marathon and one for a half Marathon. Both sessions was planned wery Well and it was really fun training all the Way to the final runs. No injuries and no stress just running scheduled 3 times a week. Both sessions ends out in pr on both Marathon and halfmarathon, and i am 54 so never to late with the right coaching. My best recommendations for Caroline.

Caroline Hogardh took me on to improve my running times and distance in preparation for a transition from the US Military into Law Enforcement in the US. I had a plethora of injuries from my time in the military that I was still recovering from, and she was more than flexible with my limitations, while still developing a program that challenged me.
She was very easy to communicate with and would always get back to you quickly. Her program she created me was centric around a 1.5 mile time trail improvement and a 5k improvement. The program was extremely focused on slow progression and avoiding overload on the body.
I dropped over a minute off my 1.5 mile time in just under a month and a half with her programing! I have bounced back better than ever from my injuries and her programming was easy to adapt to in any environment.
I highly recommend Caroline to anyone from any background, whether that be fun runners, mil/LEO, or competitive runners looking for a progression based and very customized training plan. Her plans easily can be layered with your own strength programs.
I will be continuing to work with Caroline for my goals going forward! She is extremely knowledgable, easy to communicate with, and a genuine individual who loves running and helping others adopt or improve their passion for the sport!

I am really impressed with Caroline and the whole Vdoto2 process. It was real easy to set up the coaching and the payment process was quick and simple. Caroline quickly responded to make the initial contact and I have found her very professional and willing to help in any way. I am loving the the training. My workouts are sent via Vdoto2 to my Garmin which saves me so much time and together Caroline and I have set in motion a plan to take me right through the year so that I have the best chance to achieve my goals and I know that if any life events occur to alter the running plan she will be there to advise me on my best course of action. It started with the fixed idea to run the first Marathon before my 60st. birthday, targeting few seconds below 4 hours. I started running on a regular basis at the age of 57, coming from a very low base. After 2 years I decided to try a tailored 20 weeks plan to prepare for the big day. I progressed well but unfortunately December 2019 the first attempt in Valencia failed badly, because of lack of experience. With only 12 weeks left to target day my wife motivated me to take a personal coach. This is how I came a cross with Caroline. Training with an optimised plan and constant coaching made a big difference. I progressed a lot also with my previous 20 weeks plan, but getting professional advises when injuries come up, adapting the plan to business traveling and learning how important correct fuelling, before and during the race is, made a big difference. I ran my first marathon exactly on my 60st. birthday and I finished almost 15 minutes faster than planned. It was a wonderful experience going trough this training phase and the race with the advises of Caroline. I am currently preparing my first alpine marathon with the professional assistance of Caroline.

"I think Caroline were very good in our first phone conversation to keep track on my goals and what I was able to train, background etc - a good and professional start. I could hear from the beginning that she's quite dedicated to the running discipline. I think she's very good to explain and motivate in the emails, and we had more contact than I expected which was very nice. Her program was a little harder than expected but a lot more fun than all the other programs I have ever tried, as it is more fun running in different paces during the training. My goal was to run a marathon under 4 hours - it would be my second marathon, my first marathon I run in 4:17 - so I was thinking it would be possible, but very difficult to reach that target - but she was very optimistic in the emails regarding the goal - that help me believe it would be possible. And I finished in 3:48!"
